you will need four textbooks and should have them when we start school on August 18th.

literature book is Prentice Hall platinum edition of Timeless Voices

 two grammar books-one hardcover Holt Handbook Fourth edition and the workbook: Prentice Hall Writing and Grammar freshman book.

Finally, you need the vocabulary workbook  NTC Vocabulary book, fourth edtion

additional supplies needed for your English class will be

3 ring binder

5 tab dividers

a package of 3 x 5 index cards and a holder for these cards

a composition notebook

looseleaf paper, black or blue pens, highlighters, red pens

You will purchase a few paperback books during the school year.
